Private psychological assessment and therapy for adults
I am an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist offering private outpatient work in Haslemere, Surrey, and online across the UK.
I work with adults facing difficulties such as anxiety, low mood, trauma, and the psychological impact of illness, injury, or significant life change. My approach is evidence‑based and outcome‑oriented, beginning with a clear, shared understanding of the difficulty and a plan for the work that follows.
About
I have worked as a psychologist since 2012, across charitable and private settings. My experience spans neuropsychological assessment and rehabilitation in adults with acquired brain injury and neurological conditions, and trauma-focused therapy for veterans with complex PTSD, including a senior post at Combat Stress.
In private practice I draw on this background to offer thoughtful, structured work for adults seeking psychological help. I work primarily with cognitive-behavioural and trauma-focused approaches, including CT-PTSD (Ehlers & Clark) and Narrative Exposure Therapy, alongside compassion-focused and neuropsychologically informed methods where these are useful.
An initial appointment is an opportunity to clarify what has brought you to seek support, what you would like to change, and whether the work I offer is a good fit. Where it is, we agree a clear focus and direction together.
